3ltex - Stainless Steel Fibers, Blended with Polyester Or Cotton Fibers for Anti-Static Textiles

Stainless steel fibers, blended with polyester fibers has specially been developed to achieve static control in Non-Woven textiles. Stainless steel fibers, blended with polyester fibers is supplied in bulk or as chopped sliver and simplifies the blending of 3ltex stainless steel fibers with textile fibers.
This is an economical and highly efficient solution for a permanent static control of non-woven textiles.Typical applications are needle-punched anti-static Felts for dry air filtration and insoles.

50% weight polyester and 50% weight stainless steel fibers.
It can be supplied in bulk:

Stainless steel fiber:
• average staple length: 90 mm Stainless steel fibers:
• diameter: 12 μm
• dtex: 9.1
• average staple length: 90 mm or chopped sliver 
• chopping length: 60 mm
• sliver weight: 10 g/m
Stainless steel fibers, blended with polyester fibers has especially been designed to be used with automatic feeding machines.
